1. Can’t see the form? Old browsers and operating systems can have problems displaying websites. Use an up-to-date browser and operating system.
2. Can’t submit the form? Check that: All mandatory fields marked with a * are completed; each uploaded file is less than 7MB in size; the total size of all your uploaded files is less than 60MB; each file is a permitted file type; and allow enough time for your browser to upload your application and files. Refreshing your browser or trying a different browser solves some technical glitches.
3. And remember to keep a copy of your application information on your computer in case of a technical glitch and for future use in applications.

Getting a NONCE error?

Refresh your browser cache (how to do it), try an incognito/private browser window, try a different browser, or try a different device. Use up-to-date browsers and operating systems since outdated ones can have problems displaying websites.

1. Please submit the application form without uploading the files, then email the files (include your name, the file names and the reason you are emailing them).
2. If this fails, please email your application (include all information requested in the form, the images/articles, and the reason you are emailing them).
