Still life in photography is a specific genre. On one hand, it is often underestimated, being less popular than portraiture or landscape, on the other, practically no professional photographer could go without it, admitting it is great method of practising technical skills. Yet, a comparatively small number of masters choose still life as one of the key subjects of their art. And Suzanne Mandla is one of them.
